Elle Rulavage for State Representative District 124 has deep roots in the community, and has long been dedicated to serving it.

Elle Rulavage is a Mom, Christian, Marketer and a Minister, your local Berks Windsor Township Committee Person, and your Berks Republican Women Vice-Chair. Elle also serves on the board at Blue Mountain Wildlife. Elle was born and raised in Schuylkill County and now lives on a farm with her son, Aaron, in Windsor Township, Berks- And of course, Elle is for farmers! Elle attended Nativity BVM High School in Pottsville, Stevens Trade School in Lancaster where she received an Associate in Electronics Technology - Elle supports the trades! Elle graduated from Penn State with a Baccalaureate in Business and is completing her Doctorate at Liberty University. Elle whole-heartedly supports and is concerned for our veterans! Elle is  pro-life, pro-gun, pro-voter ID, pro-police, pro-constitution. I stand against men/boys competing in sports designated for women/girl, CRT, EGS. Elle believes that our DNA clearly shows our gender in every part of our body as male or female. "What matters to you, matters to me." is Elle's view.  Elle wants to hear the issues and find solutions. In word and deed says St Paul, Col 3:17. I won’t just say it, I will do it. I promise to vote pro-life. I promise to vote to eliminate property taxes. I stand against a solar farm in Windsor Township. Windsor Township is dedicating to farming in Agriculture not Solar Technology. I stand with the people of Hamburg against the tolling of the 78 Bridge. I promise to work hard as a conservative for the people of the PA 124th District.
