Elle Rulavage for State Representative District 124 has deep roots in the community, and has long been dedicated to serving it. Elle is a Mom, Christian, Marketer and a Minister, your local Berks Windsor Township Committee Person, and your Berks Republican Women Vice-Chair. Elle was born and raised in Schuylkill County and now lives on a farm with her son, Aaron, in Windsor Township, Berks County. Elle Rulavage attended Nativity BVM High School in Pottsville, Stevens Trade School in Lancaster where she received an Associate in Electronics Technology - Elle supports the trades! Elle graduated from Penn State with a Baccalaureate in Business and is completing her Doctorate at Liberty University. Elle's Great - great Grandfather, Thomas Martin, was one of the 3000 Schuylkill County Volunteers who lost his arm in the civil war; Elle whole-heartedly supports veterans! Elle Rulavage is pro-life, pro-gun, pro-voterID, pro-police, pro-constitution. Elle stands against men/boys competing in sports designated for women/girls. Our DNA clearly shows our gender in every part of our body as male or female. What matters to you, matters to Elle. Elle wants to hear the issues and find solutions. In word and deed says St Paul, Col 3:17. Elle won’t just say it, Elle will do it. I promise to vote pro-life. "I promise to vote to eliminate property taxes.
